Privacy Policy

Gristwood Design (“I”, “me”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it’s used.

Information I collect

When you send a message through the contact form, I receive the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, the services you’re interested in, and your message.

Like most websites, the web server may automatically log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running properly.

How I use it

Information you send through the contact form is used only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver your project. I don’t sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes.

Cookies & local storage

This website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It never leaves your device.

Third-party links

This site links to other websites, such as Facebook. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I’m not responsible for their content or practices.

You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal information I hold about you at any time. Just get in touch using the details below.
